I've Come for You

Ah maybe a little bit of explaining about this but not too much, illustration of things that maybe to come. Haven’t seen Woden in some time and his appearance here may not be the best, as some may not appreciate his purpose in meeting young Neela. Many have known Woden as something friendly and cute, mostly harmless. But in reality he is a very, very old Fae and as a result very powerful. He can easily become something terrible and many times in his history and long life, he’s been just that. Neela is something that shouldn’t have happened, something that could one day be terrible too, an accident no fault of her own, she bears the memory and knowledge of her entire maternal line, back to the oldest, most ancient of Fae. She could one day become so powerful that none could stop her. The Old Fae are concerned. And Woden has come to exact their will. While she is young and relatively frail.

And I probably said too much there!

Anyways some further babbling about design and concept, Woden’s markings are ephemeral and changing, fairy runes that are full of magic and may never appear the same way twice. Just attempting to look at them and they will defy perception. Neela’s wings don’t actually exist in a physical sense in most realms, only becoming fully real in the land of Faery, but in certain light and when the weave between worlds is thin, they may shine through in other realms as well.
