I am an iPhone fanatic. I absolutely adore my iPhone and all the things it can do. It allows me to stay connected, browse the internet, organize my life, keep track of where I'm supposed to be and when. The recently discovered kindle feature allows me to always have a good book with me, wherever I go too.
So the new phone is being released June 19th and I've already pre-ordered mine. It is much faster than my old 2G phone and has tons up upgrades that have been eagerly awaited. I got an insane good deal on it for a number of factors too. Do you know how much unlocked 2G iPhones are going for on eBay? Holy crud, $200 or more especially when they are in good condition and have their original box and everything. I was going to keep my old phone as back up but now when the new 3GS arrives my old one is going up on eBay. I didn't understand why people would want these but I guess it's because there is no stupid AT&T contract and they can use any carrier they want which can be significantly cheaper.
And it also turns out I'm going to get my employee discount on the upgraded data plan so instead of paying an additional $10/month like I thought I was going to have too, because I upgraded and the discount now applies, my data plan will actually be about $5 CHEAPER a month.
So basically I'll be getting the cool new iPhone which is much faster and has tons of upgrades for FREE and paying LESS for my monthly plan!
This whole deal is just full of win!

I also cancelled my stupid AT&T broadband internet card too, the stupid thing never worked properly and it turns out there is a way to use your iPhone to get internet on your computer making it retardly redundant to have.
